Clicks Creators — An AI agency site rebuilt around what it actually sells

BACKGROUND & CONTEXT

Clicks Creators had repositioned from social media management to AI, but the site hadn't. AI sat in one dense paragraph near the bottom, under three overlapping audience sections that all said much the same thing.

TARGET USERS

  • UK businesses buying AI automation, software builds or performance marketing

THE GOAL

Make the AI offer the headline proposition and give every service a findable place.

MY PROCESS

  1. Content audit
  2. repositioning
  3. service taxonomy
  4. IA
  5. UI

KEY DECISIONS

  1. Led with the buried AI story — it became the headline
  2. Replaced audience-based sections with a 5-pillar service taxonomy, 3 services each
  3. One CTA everywhere: 'Book a Strategy Call', backed by a reason-qualified form

THE SOLUTION

A repositioned site led by 'Humans Behind AI'. Five service pillars — AI, Marketing, Software, Creator Management, Content — each with three defined services, a talent roster, a proof band and one qualified conversion path.

KEY FEATURES

  1. 5-pillar service architecture
  2. Hire-From-Us talent roster
  3. Stats proof band
  4. Three differentiator blocks
  5. Reason-qualified contact form

DESIGN SYSTEM & ACCESSIBILITY

One three-item card pattern repeats across all five pillars, so a new service slots in without a new layout. Footer carries a published Accessibility Statement — the rare agency site that ships one.

OUTCOME

A social-media agency site became an AI-first business case: the offer is now legible in one scroll, and every service has an address.

BY THE NUMBERS

15 services structured into 5 pillars, from a site that had none

What I learned

Repositioning is an information architecture problem before it is a visual one. The AI story was already there — it just wasn't findable.
